Anime LP Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Anime LP collects the email address you use to sign in, cloud library records such as wishlist and owned status, restock alert subscriptions, device token records used by the app, and in-app notification event history. We also receive limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request logs and error information.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers to host the app and website, store data, and deliver sign-in emails. They may process information only to provide those services on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the security and rights of users or the service, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data retention and security

Account information is retained while your account is active and is deleted when you delete your account, except for limited records we must retain for security, legal, or operational reasons. Temporary backups and logs are removed on their normal rotation schedules. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

How we use information

We use this information only to provide app functionality: email-code login, cloud library sync, restock alert subscriptions, and notification history. Anime LP does not sell personal information and does not use this data for third-party advertising or tracking.

What is not included

The beta does not process payments, complete purchases, operate a marketplace, or automatically buy items on your behalf.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from the app's Account screen. Deleting your account removes your cloud account, library records, alert subscriptions, device tokens, and notification events.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You may also delete your account directly in the app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights and the right to appeal a denied request.

Children's privacy

Anime LP is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy here with a new updated date.
